I take pride in being able to offer superior client care and believe it is essential to include time to discuss clients needs and concerns. I will address these during the treatment, and if necessary, give aftercare advice or recommend appropriate products for home use. Gift vouchers are also available.
Cancellations and no shows - I understand that things come up unexpectedly, but please let me know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking so that I am able to fill that appointment time. I don't charge for missed appointments, however, if you cancel within 24 hours on more than one occasion (or just don't turn up), I'll suggest that you let me know which day you would like an appointment and I will call you on the day if I have anything available. (Alternatively, a 50% non refundable booking fee will secure your appointment).
If you are displaying symptoms of COVID19 then please let me know and we can cancel or reschedule your appointment - Obviously my cancellation policy is flexible during the COVID19 pandemic!

Visits limited to 1 person per appointment (unless the client is under 16 years of age or in need of a carer).
PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN, FRIENDS, FAMILY ETC TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Wash hands on arrival with liquid soap and towel provided.
Do not bring more than necessary with you - your facial covering, car keys and payment method are all you need.
No refreshments will be served and there is no access to the chill out area.
Government guidelines stipulate that clients must wear a facial covering while at the salon.
I will not be offering discounts on intimate waxing.
